My Momcozy order showed up just the way I placed it, correct items, correct size, and everything there. No missing pieces or weird substitutions, which was a relief.

I always get a little nervous ordering baby stuff online — there’s just not much room for mix-ups — but this was super straightforward. Everything was packed right and the whole experience was easy.

I mainly got the momcozy pump to use while I’m at work, and the battery has been better than I expected. I can get through a few pumping sessions before I even start thinking about charging it, which makes my day a lot less stressful. It also charges quickly, so I’m not stuck waiting around forever. I was a little worried it might die on me halfway through the day, but that hasn’t happened so far. It’s not absolutely perfect, but for what I need, I’m really happy with it.

For what I paid, I’d say this was a solid buy. The pump works about as well as I hoped, it’s comfortable enough for regular use, and shipping took around the time I expected. Definitely saved me from spending a lot more on a pricier one.

There’s definitely a good selection overall, and I had plenty to choose from. I just wish a few of the items came in more colors, because who doesn’t like having extra options?

My order showed up later than expected, which was a little frustrating. I reached out to support and they basically said, “Sorry for the delay, it’s still on the way,” so at least I knew what was going on. When it finally arrived, it was packed really well and everything was okay.

I wasn’t really expecting much from the Momcozy pump, but after using it for a few weeks, I have to give it some credit. The suction is actually solid, it’s not annoyingly loud, and being able to move around while pumping makes a bigger difference than I thought it would. With a baby to take care of, anything that makes the day a little easier is a win.

It’s definitely not completely silent, but compared to what I had in my head, it’s much quieter than I expected. For a wearable pump, that makes a big difference, especially during those middle-of-the-night pumping sessions

The suction is definitely strong, almost too strong at times, but it does get the job done. My only complaint is that it takes a bit more effort than I expected to use, and it’s also a little loud. Overall though, it works fine for me.

I haven’t really messed with all the settings or anything, but whenever I open it, it connects quick and I haven’t had any problems so far. Works fine on my end.

I reached out to Momcozy customer service about an issue with my order. They did get back to me, but it took a couple of days, and I had to explain the same thing twice, which was really a little frustrating. They did end up helping me fix it, so I’m glad about that. I just wish the replies had been faster and a bit clearer.
